Water-soluble quenching fluid(PAG)
Water-soluble quenching liquid is light yellow or yellow slightly turbid liquid, by polyether polymer material to join a variety of surface active agent, such as rust and corrosion resistance, wettability, sterilization and so on the many kinds of additive modulation and become, is inverse for water soluble, it overcomes the water cooling speed is quick, easy cracking of components, oil cooling speed is slow, poor hardening effect and inflammable shortcomings and so on. The quenching requirements of different materials and workpieces can be met by adjusting their concentration.
Generally applicable to the forged steel, cast steel, cast iron and stamping parts quenching, quenching tank can also be used to open type multi-purpose furnace, continuous furnace, quenching tank peripherals and induction quenching furnace, etc., and its general control between 5% ~ 25% concentration, if there are any special requirements, also can reach 30% ~ 40%.
The product has a cooling speed. oxidation stability, strong anti-rust effect. less fuel comsumption. long service life. The product is suitable for demanding high-speed quenching and tempering. carburizing and other parts and large cast parts large gear and quenching press quenching. The product is used at a temprature of 20-80℃。

Note:
1.Recommended temperature 20 ~ 40 ℃, should not be higher than 55 ℃, before and after bath quenching temperature difference is generally not more than 10 ℃. Best equipped with cooling system.
2.Before quenching, the liquid should be stirred and circulated to ensure that the temperature is even and the winter room is low, so the concentration should be increased appropriately.
3.The product should be stored indoors and ventilated.
4.Packing: 200L steel drum or 1000L IBC plastic drum.
